The review is carried out in a double-blind peer-review, where the Author and Reviewer do not know each other. Reviewers registered at IGKOJEI have the right to submit their articles to IGKOJEI for publication. The editor will still adhere to the double-blind peer-reviewed principle, so that manuscripts sent by authors who are registered as reviewers will be submitted to other reviewers. Reviewers must have experience writing in Accredited National Journals (online) indicated by indexers such as Google Scholar, at least 2 years back.

IGKOJEI does not require a minimum of 2 (two) reviewers per manuscript, because each Editor (Section Editor) is the initial "Reviewer" of each manuscript assigned to him. The Section Editor will assess (review) each manuscript up to the substance level, so it has the right to reject or continue the process to appoint a reviewer. The appointment of a reviewer is complementary to the assessment that has been carried out by the previous Section Editor, so selecting 1 (one) or more Reviewers is the decision of the Editors (Sections) which can be discussed with the chief/managing editor by considering the readiness and quality of the manuscript.

The peer review process will be done after the initial screening by the consulting editors of the editorial board.

  1. Editor receives manuscript
  2. Reviewers read and provide comments to the editor
  3. The decision is made by the reviewer: accept, minor revisions, major revisions, or reject
  4. Feedback sent to an author
  5. Revisions
  6. Final decision
  7. Article is published
Submitted papers are evaluated by at least two anonymous referees for contribution, originality, relevance, and presentation (blind-peer review). The Editor shall inform you of the results of the review as soon as possible, hopefully in 30 to 60 days. Plagiarism detection of articles in this journal is carried out by using turnitin.com (Web Checker) and Mendeley as a Tool Reference Manager. The language used in this journal is English or Bahasa.
