ABSTRACT
This community service program aimed to strengthen church members’ knowledge and skills in producing sago-based noodles and to introduce opportunities for local-food enterprises. The activity was conducted on 10 December 2025 at the GKI Iqtuz Siriwini congregation, Nabire, with 150 participants comprising 60 youths, 60 homemakers, and 30 adult men. Reported methods included lectures, demonstrations, hands-on practice, discussions, and evaluation through observation and question-and-answer sessions. Participants produced noodle samples using a mixture of sago and wheat flour. The reported evaluation summaries indicated changes in practical skills from 15% to 85% (70 percentage points), knowledge of noodle-making techniques from 20% to 88% (68 points), and motivation to develop enterprises from 45% to 92% (47 points). Attendance reached 100% of the target, while active participation was reported at 95%. Equipment constraints and limited training time affected implementation. These findings describe short-term learning outcomes; income improvement and the establishment of businesses were not assessed. The activity offers an initial model for diversifying sago-based products, warranting follow-up through production standardization, packaging, and enterprise mentoring.

ABSTRAK
Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan warga gereja dalam mengolah sagu menjadi mi serta memperkenalkan peluang usaha berbasis pangan lokal. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 10 Desember 2025 di Jemaat GKI Iqtuz Siriwini, Klasis Nabire, dengan melibatkan 150 peserta: 60 pemuda, 60 ibu rumah tangga, dan 30 bapak-bapak. Metode yang dilaporkan meliputi penyuluhan, demonstrasi, praktik langsung, diskusi, dan evaluasi melalui observasi serta tanya jawab. Peserta menghasilkan contoh mi dari campuran tepung sagu dan tepung terigu. Rekapitulasi evaluasi menunjukkan perubahan keterampilan praktik dari 15% menjadi 85% (70 poin persentase), pengetahuan teknik pembuatan mi dari 20% menjadi 88% (68 poin), dan motivasi mengembangkan usaha dari 45% menjadi 92% (47 poin). Kehadiran peserta tercatat 100% dari target dan partisipasi aktif dilaporkan 95%. Keterbatasan peralatan dan waktu menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan. Hasil tersebut menggambarkan capaian pembelajaran jangka pendek, sedangkan peningkatan pendapatan atau terbentuknya usaha belum dievaluasi. Pelatihan ini menyediakan pengalaman awal diversifikasi olahan sagu yang dapat ditindaklanjuti melalui standardisasi produksi, pengemasan, dan pendampingan usaha.
