Copyright

Authors who publish with Breeding and Reproduction Journal (BreRep) agree to the following terms:

  1. Copyright Ownership and Licensing

    • Authors retain copyright and grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0). This license allows others to share, adapt, and redistribute the work for non-commercial purposes with proper acknowledgment of the authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  2. Non-Exclusive Distribution

    • Authors may enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal’s published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), provided acknowledgment of its initial publication in BreRep is included.
  3. Pre- and Post-Publication Sharing

    • Authors are encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal website) before and during the submission process. This facilitates productive exchanges and can lead to increased visibility and citation of the published work.
